• Enquiry and contact details — if you email us, including via the links on our Contact, Privacy, Terms, Cookie, membership, or event pages (which open your own email application), we receive your email address, any name you provide, and the content of your message.
• Technical and usage information — our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically logs standard technical information for security and performance purposes, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages requested.

• Payment information — if you purchase a digital product, membership, or event ticket and pay online, payment is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.

• Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, and security.
• Google Fonts — delivery of the typefaces used on this site. Loading a page may cause your browser to request font files directly from Google.
• Unsplash — some images on this site are hosted by, and loaded directly from, Unsplash.
• Stripe — payment processing for digital products, memberships, and event tickets, where applicable.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

Technical logs held by our hosting provider are retained in line with their standard retention periods.
